Contact Improvisation Basics in Fusion Dancing

An exploration of contact improvisation fundamentals in fusion dancing:
• Center of Gravity: Connect to your own, your partner’s, and to the collective center
of gravity.
• Weight Sharing: Practice different levels of sharing weight through contact point.
• Point of Contact: Explore rolling, sliding, and transferring points of contact.
• Connections: Playing with possibilities while in hip-to-hip and shoulder-to-shoulder
contact.
• Consent: Always prioritize giving and listening to consent in every interaction.

Eclipse Goes on Spring Break!

We will be taking some time off and won’t be having an event on April 20th and May 4th.

We will be back to our regular schedule on May 13th. Watch out for announcements on how we’ll celebrate Pride month and a progressive Dips series
